“To be born is to be born into a story of possibility, a story of failure, a story of imagination. To be born is to be born with the possibility of courage. Hello to courage.”

Training Philosophy
I believe that training should make you a stronger, healthier and happier person. But, all too often, runners focus solely on running and immediate results. These micro-focuses can be great for short term success, but often lead to over-training, injury and – worst of all – burn out. The tallest buildings have the strongest bases.
Hello to Running focuses on all-around science-backed training, functional fitness and life-style medicine. Training plans feature a large emphasis on pre-hab exercises, aerobic base building, neuro motor training, and fun.
Hello to bullet proofing, to mitochondria, neuron rewiring, and running like a maniac.
Personal Philosophy
In life as well as running, I believe in the power of hello. Every morning we get a chance to say hello to a brand-new day, a brand-new opportunity. We get a chance to say hello to strangers, and with it, the power to change someone’s day.
Which is why when I am running I try to give my happiest hello to everyone I see on the trail. It can be a simple way to say, “I see you, I am happy to see you, and you matter.” Saying hello to new things is a way to embrace them.
Every day we get the chance to say hello to challenges. We say hello to obstacles and embrace them because this is what gives life its flavor. Challenges lead to growth. I believe running is all about saying hello. It is about saying hello to an amazing community, endorphin highs, lactic acid lows, losses, victories, and new experiences.
So, I would like to formally invite you to say hello to running with me.
